Terms & Conditions for sale and supply of UK Blade products.

1. Application

The following terms and conditions are binding for all sales. Deviations here from, or verbal agreements subsidiary hereto, must be confirmed by UK Blade in writing. We are unable to recognize conditions imposed by the purchaser, even when we do not oppose them. The purchaser by the act of placing an order accepts our terms and conditions.

2. Quotations

All quotations are given without obligation. Our respectively applicable catalogue and price list form a constitute part of our quotation.

3. Orders

Orders will not be regarded as accepted until confirmed by UK Blade. Any alterations or amendments must be confirmed by us. The purchaser is also liable for the correctness of documents supplied by them including drawings, templates, samples and similar.

4. Prices

Prices contained in our price list are at times subject to change. For deliveries valued at £100 net or below will be charged a carriage of £8.50.

5. Deliveries

The time of delivery is calculated to help us comply with the same as consideration for the workload in hand. However, the stated delivery is not binding by UK Blade. Customers may not hold us to default unless the delivery time has been excessively exceeded without explanation.

6. Reservation of ownership

Goods which have been delivered remain the property of UK Blade until payment is received in full. Our payment terms are 30 days from the end of the month invoiced unless otherwise agreed in writing.
