How much is Delivery?

The delivery charge is calculated on each order that is placed to which this works out of the weight of each item.

Deliveries outside of the UK?

When looking at placing an order that is outside of the UK, we have certain delivery prices for countries within Europe, but if outside of Europe please get in touch for a quotation for delivery or we also have the option once your order is ready you can arrange your own courier.

Time of delivery

The time of delivery is calculated to help us comply with the same as consideration for the workload in hand. However, the stated delivery is not binding by UK Blade (Talon). Customers may not hold us to default unless the delivery time has been excessively exceeded without explanation.

Returns

We want you to be pleased with everything you receive from UK Blade (Talon) However, we understand that not everything you order always works out. If that's the case and you need to return something, please read our return policy below.

All international shipping orders are final sale and non-refundable. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
If your order is faulty/damaged then you would need to pay for the return postage for ourselves to inspect your order and if correct we can either send a replacement of your order or offer a refund.
If you've changed your mind and want to send your order back, you can and we can refund you.

Orders

Orders will not be regarded as accepted until confirmed by UK Blade (Talon)

Any alterations or amendments must be confirmed by UK Blade (Talon). The purchaser is also liable for the correctness of documents supplied by them including drawings, templates, samples and similar.

When looking to place an order we have certain countries that we have a price for delivery, we also have the option of arranging your own courier if preferred.

If your country doesn't come up when filling out your details then please get in touch, as this is due to different type of ordered weights come to different type of prices for the delivery charge.

Prices

Prices contained on our website are at times subject to change. For deliveries valued at £100 net or below will be charged a minimum carriage of £3.50 in the UK (depending on the overall weight)
